Registration Information

Are you ready for another exciting year of basketball? Kewaskum Youth Basketball (KYB) is a local non-profit organization that provides local kids with the opportunity to experience the fun of competitive basketball while improving their basketball skills and learning life skills such as teamwork, sportsmanship, commitment and responsibility.

Participation is open to kids residing in the Kewaskum School District in grades 3 through 6. Teams typically practice 1-2 times per week starting in early November with the season ending in late February or early March. Teams usually play in approximately 10 league games (league games are on Saturday mornings/early afternoons)against teams like Campbellsport, Eden, Lomira, Mayville, Oakfield, North Fond du Lac and Laconia. Teams also participate in a minimum of 1 tournament. Kids will also have the opportunity to be ball boys and girls for the Kewaskum Indians High School basketball teams throughout the season.

Registration is typically in late September with specified dates for registration form drop off. The registration day is typically broken up in two parts to accommodate the new coming 3rd grade children and the 4th through 6th grade children. We find that it helps to have a informational meeting for the newcomers that takes place between the two registration periods.

Please Note: The season typically runs from early November to early March with registration in late September. If you are past the deadline for registration submission we are sure to miss your son's or daughter's participation however, please don't hesitate to contact us next year for join the fun!
